Description:

Declare a tagfile attribute. This should in nested tags shield same attributes set on parent tags. This also offers the possibility to declare a default value.

Attributes

`name`	`true`	`jakarta.el.ValueExpression` (must evaluate to `java.lang.String`)	The declared attribute name.
